Many female founders still face challenges and biases. It’s important to share solutions to these issues and make them accessible to women. At this year’s Female Fuckup Night on May 9th at the Cuvry Campus, Grace and AiDiA – Afrodeutscher Startup brought together inspiring female speakers who shared their valuable experiences during the growth phase and the obstacles on the road to success.

Niharika Rakheja, Yamile Vargas, and Augustine Kangni shared the challenges they faced during their entrepreneurial journey and how they learned from these difficult tasks, ultimately bringing them closer to success. Their presentations inspired everyone present, especially women in the early stages of their businesses.

Grace has been a long-standing partner of Scaling Spaces, and we have worked closely together since 2020. Grace is an incubator that specializes in supporting female founders and has already supported over 100 women on their entrepreneurial journey. Scaling Spaces witnessed this development and provided workspaces for Grace’s six-month incubation program at the end of 2023.

We provided an incubation program at the H:32 site for 14 female founders at the end of 2023. In addition, at the Grace Demo Day, we offered the two winning female entrepreneurs six months in our coworking space at the Cuvry Campus. Through this collaboration, we are committed to supporting even more women in their professional careers.

Scaling Spaces is excited to welcome more women entrepreneurs and diverse businesses into our community to bring more vibrancy and diversity to our society. We believe that by working together, we can establish an inclusive and supportive environment for every female founder. With this goal in mind, we wish all women success in their professional and personal journeys and encourage them to fearlessly pursue their dreams to shape a brighter future.
