Your electronic key gives you access to your office around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Access arrangements depend on the solution booked.
Fully Furnished
Our offices are furnished and ready to move into. Depending on the space, different furniture and equipment options are available, from electric desks to sofas and phone booths.
High-Speed Internet
The technical infrastructure is already in place. Your team can connect to high-speed internet and Wi-Fi on site and start working straight away.
Cleaning
Offices are cleaned regularly, while shared kitchens and washrooms are cleaned daily. This keeps each location reliably maintained throughout day-to-day operations.
Maintenance & Operating Costs
We coordinate maintenance, repairs and ongoing technical matters at the location. Agreed operating and utility costs are already covered within the respective scope of services.
Reception & Mail Service
Our on-site teams welcome guests, accept mail and parcels and assist with organisational questions. Digital guest check-in lets you know when your visitors arrive.
Printing & Scanning
Shared printers and scanners are available at the location. There is no need to organise equipment, maintenance or consumables separately.
Drinks
Coffee, tea and selected cold drinks are available for teams and guests. The exact selection depends on the location and the solution booked.
Lounges & Communal Areas
Lounges, kitchens, sports areas, terraces and other communal spaces provide room for breaks and conversations away from your own office. The facilities vary by location.

Meeting rooms can be booked easily through the Scaling Spaces app. Depending on the solution booked, a usage allowance may already be included.

Depending on the location, yoga, table tennis, running groups and regular community events complement the working day.

Parking Spaces
Depending on the location, parking spaces can be rented on a long-term basis or booked for individual days. This allows team members and guests to park directly at the location.
Bicycle Parking
Additional or secure bicycle parking and bicycle garages are available at selected locations. The available options vary by building.
EV Charging Stations
Parking spaces with charging facilities for electric vehicles are available at selected locations. Availability and booking options depend on the respective location.
Food
Depending on the location, an additional selection of breakfast cereals, fruit and vegetables can be booked. We take care of ordering, delivery and regular restocking.
Customised Furnishing
Our offices are already fully furnished. If your team has different requirements, we can add to or adapt the furniture to suit your space and working style.
Customised Office Equipment
Upon request, we can equip your office with additional appliances and devices, such as a dedicated coffee machine, printer or other technical equipment.
Private Company Network
High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are already available. For specific technical requirements, we can set up a separate company network with an individual IP address or dedicated VLAN.
Gym
At NEO Leipzig, an on-site fitness studio offers space for individual workouts and group activities. Information about the facilities and access is available directly from the location.
Rooftop Terraces
At selected locations, rooftop terraces provide space for breaks, informal conversations and time outdoors. Facilities vary by location.
Event Spaces & Technology
Depending on the location, additional event spaces can be booked for workshops, receptions or team events. Presentation, event and audio equipment is also available upon request.
Storage & Archive Space
If you need additional space for documents, materials or equipment, suitable storage or archive space can be added depending on the location.
Portable air conditioning
For warm summer days, portable air-conditioning units can be rented for your office as needed. We take care of installation and removal on site. You are only charged for the agreed rental period.
RECEPTION & ON-SITE SUPPORT
Our front desk and campus teams are available on site during office hours. They take care of visitors, mail and organisational questions relating to your office and location.
Our service includes:
- Acceptance of mail and parcels
- Welcoming and coordinating visitors

- A point of contact for questions at the location
