TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Participation in the referral program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
• The referral program is open to anyone aged 18 or over. An existing customer relationship with Scaling Spaces is not required.
• You may refer friends, acquaintances, business contacts or other companies. You may also refer your own employer or company.
• The program applies exclusively to leases signed for the Scaling Spaces Bouché Höfe location at Bouchéstraße 12, 12435 Berlin.
• The referred company must be a new customer and must not already be in active negotiations with Scaling Spaces regarding an office space at Bouché Höfe at the time of the referral.
• The referral must be submitted in writing using the designated form before the lease is signed and must be clearly attributable to the referring individual.
• The reward is conditional upon the successful signing of a lease for an office space at the Bouché Höfe location.
• The referring individual will receive a reward equal to 10% of the net monthly rent actually paid by the referred company.
• The reward will be calculated based on the rent actually paid for a period of up to six months from the start of the lease.
• The payout will be made after the first six months of the lease, provided that all rent payments due have been received in full.
• Only one reward may be granted per referred company. If multiple referrals are submitted for the same company, the first complete referral received will be considered.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other referral programs.
• Nework Group GmbH and all affiliated companies within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act are excluded from participating.
• Scaling Spaces reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral program at any time. Referrals that have already been validly submitted and confirmed will remain unaffected.
