How far in advance should I book an event location?

We recommend booking your event 3 to 6 months in advance – especially for peak season dates.

If you’re planning a short-notice event, feel free to call us directly at +49 30 9940499-12  or email us at events@scalingspaces.com. We’ll check if something is still available.

Are the rooms also suitable for hybrid or virtual events?

Our meeting rooms are equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and HDMI connections, making them great for smaller hybrid meetings or virtual discussions with your own tech. Additional equipment such as cameras or microphones must be brought by you.

Is there insurance for damages or accidents during use?

We recommend taking out event liability insurance for your event. This protects you in case of property damage or personal injury that might occur during use of our spaces. That way, you’re covered both legally and financially in case of emergency.

What are the cancellation terms?
  • Up to 28 days before the event: no charge
  • 27 to 14 days before: 50% of room rental and service fee
  • 13 to 7 days before: 90% of room rental and service fee
  • Less than 7 days before: 100% of room rental and service fee
