How short-notice can I book a room?

Bookings can be made via email or phone. If the room is available, you can use it as early as the day after your booking confirmation. For larger conferences, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure the room is available.

How do meeting guests find the rented room?

Guests check in at the reception, and you will be notified upon their arrival. With our electronic keys, you have access to our buildings at any time.

Can I cancel the room short-notice?

Sometimes things come up. That’s why you can cancel your booked meeting room up to 48 hours before the booking. For more details, please refer to our cancellation policy in the attached terms and conditions.
