This space has an ideal location, situated directly on the Spree River and across from the Spreespeicher at the Oberbaumbrücke. You can easily walk to the famous East Side Gallery from here. The Kreuzberg neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, including restaurants, snack bars, cafes, and nightlife spots like typical „Spätis“ and bars. Public transportation is also easily accessible with Schlesisches Tor and Warschauer Straße stations just a few minutes‘ walk away. This allows for quick access to important transportation hubs such as the main railway station and airport.

Our office space of several thousand square meters spans across seven air-conditioned floors that offer beautifully designed office and community areas furnished with high-quality materials. The ground floor is a major highlight, featuring a reception area, lounge, a large meeting area and . Additionally, we have  terraces on several floors of the building.
