Grace stands for Female Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, and Diversity. Grace empowers women with entrepreneurial ambitions and women in leadership positions, supporting them in developing and implementing their ideas.
Grace has already supported over 100 women with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation and is dedicated to actively building and shaping the startup ecosystem for female entrepreneurs, Let’s Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship Together!

CURRENT PROGRAM
Grace Berlin Accelerator is an impactful entrepreneurship program along with a scholarship for 6 months to fully concentrate on turning ideas to profitable and scalable female-led businesses.
The program is open to all industries and various startup initiatives (including non-profit ventures).
Here’s a glimpse into what the program’s offer:
- A 6 month equity free program
- A scholarship of EUR 2.2k per founder and office space
- Personal growth and business development
- Mentoring and coaching
- Peer group activities and community events
- Pitch training and demo day

In December 2023, Grace orchestrates the program launch in Scaling Spaces H:32.
2024
In 2024, from January to April, Grace plans to offer coaching, mentoring, peer group sessions, and community events, introducing the Grace buddy system.

Scaling Spaces celebrated International Women’s Day by hosting a cozy evening where female founders and leaders from its Berlin community shared their journeys.
2024
In May 2024, Grace marked the program’s final month with a Pitching Bootcamp, Demo Day, and the successful closing of its inaugural cohort.
